Weekly Progress Review
Hold a 15-min check-in with counsellors each Monday. Ask each school to share their current completion rate and blockers.
School Assembly Announcement
Ask principals to make a 2-minute announcement encouraging students to log in and complete their assessment. Peer pressure works.
Parent SMS / Notification
For schools far below their target, coordinate with the principal to send a parent SMS reminder about the assessment deadline.
Dedicated Lab Session
Organise a supervised computer lab session for not-started students. Most complete the assessment in one 60-minute sitting when given dedicated time.
